Wider Service Strategy & Performance Activity: Support wider activity, including co-ordinating inputs and actions, contributing to governance forums and preparing engagement content.
An understanding of service management principles, with an appreciation of how end-to-end service value and performance are delivered across multiple teams and functions.
Experience bringing together information from different sources to analyse performance, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
