Full Job Description

Due to our continued expansion, we are currently recruiting an IT Service Desk Technician. We are looking for a technology enthusiast to help provide first class I&T support to our employees in Darlington and across the wider Broadstone organisation. Please note, this role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week at one of our offices. There may be times when you will be required to complete some physical work, including lifting and carrying to complete your role., Responsible for IT support of onsite staff in our Darlington office
- Onsite installation, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of IT equipment
- Administration and security of infrastructure equipment

1+ years' experience within a similar role, with knowledge of working on a service desk platform
- Basic knowledge and experience of supporting and administering IT equipment
- An appetite to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- A willingness to travel to offices within England and Scotland depending on business needs, Disability Confident
