What you'll doBe the IT expert for our warehouses and admin teamsInstallation, maintenance and monitoring of IT equipment in the Regional Distribution Centre and Avonmouth regionInvestigate, troubleshoot and solve any IT issuesMaintaining Service Level targetsManaging incidents, requests and problems in a timely mannerAssisting with End User training What you'll needExperience of providing first-line support, ideally in
