Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Administrator to join our Technology team and provide high-quality technical support across the organisation. In this role, you'll provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations and to all end users including those based at remote site locations. Acting as a bridge between IT and Finance, you'll serve as a single point of contact for both teams, ensuring that issues are logged, prioritised, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also provide ongoing day-to-day support to the Technology team, helping to keep operations efficient and well-coordinated. We're looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop their skills. You should be well organised, able to manage multiple requests, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You'll be working either from Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
