Full Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our project management team, delivering a range of medium to large-scale IT initiatives. Projects will vary in scope and may include applications, infrastructure, and security focused projects.
    • In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery, leading initiatives end-to-end from inception through to successful completion. You will have the autonomy and accountability to drive projects forward, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the office. What You'll Be Doing Project Management · Lead end-to-end delivery of a variety of different sized projects. · Develop robust project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and reporting structures. · Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Agile Delivery · Champion Agile methodologies across the programme. · Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. · Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement · Partner with senior business leaders, IT, and external vendors. · Manage expectations, risks, dependencies, and change impacts. · Provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders. Release & Vendor Management · Oversee release planning and coordination. · Manage third-party delivery partners and system integrators. · Ensure quality assurance and successful go-live execution.


  • You are a confident, delivery-focused IT Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can effectively prioritise competing demands.
    • With strong communication skills, you engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, building relationships and ensuring alignment to drive successful project outcomes. Essential · Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies. · Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. · Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent time management skills. Desirable · Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tooling · Salesforce certifications or experience working closely with Salesforce partners · Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) · Strong understanding of change management frameworks
