Full Job Description

  • We support all partners in the Alliance with their IT needs.
  • We validate the right technology and help partners deploy approved technology.
  • We manage application delivery projects from initiation through handover and closeout.
  • We align our workload with alliance delivery portions and partner IT delivery teams.
  • We prepare internal and external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
  • We apply strong scope, information, and configuration management principles.
  • We produce plans to help the team achieve its goals.
  • We log and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the delegated level of authority.
  • We are accountable for KPIs aligned to project objectives and monitor performance.
  • We ensure the team adopts productivity and project controls techniques.
  • We balance operational and commercial constraints in decision-making.
  • We advocate for consistent, reliable digital data to support successful, data-driven project delivery.

  • We need a good understanding of standard forms of contracts.
  • We need proficiency in commercial and project management communications.
  • We need experience implementing safe systems of work.
  • We need strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • We need effective team management skills that empower, influence, and inspire others.
  • We need the ability to provide mentoring and support to team members where required.
  • We need commercial awareness and sound judgment.
  • We need the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • We need good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
  • We need a solution-based approach to problem solving.
  • We need the ability to see the project vision and inspire a shared vision within the team.
