What You'll Be Doing Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, risk registers and project documentation. Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deadlines are achieved. Organise, attend and document project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, capturing actions and monitoring progress. Provide regular project updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of milestones, risks and key developments. Monitor project activities, proactively identifying issues and supporting the resolution of risks and challenges. Help ensure projects

Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience delivering medium to large scale
technology projects. Experience managing multiple projects / workstream simultaneously within a complex business environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing schedules, risks, issues, and resources. PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile qualification desirable. Personal Qualities Self-motivated and results driven.
