The Group, with strong expertise in Open technologies, modern architectures, and Cloud-native solutions, is expanding our UK. presence and looking for an Experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations and strategy across our British branch, while collaborating closely with peers in Europe and worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee IT operations for Sorint.lab UK, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.


• Design and implement modern IT architectures, including microservices-based platforms and Cloud-native solutions.


• Collaborate with international IT Managers across multiple countries to drive global standards, best practices, and innovation.


• Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with growth objectives.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.


• Mentor and support local technical teams, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within multinational or fast-growing technology environments.


• Strong background in Open technologies (Linux, Kubernetes, container platforms, automation frameworks, DevOps tools).


• Hands-on expertise with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.


• Extensive experience in Managed Services environments, including service delivery, SLAs, and operational governance.


• Strong expertise in Data Protection, Backup & Recovery solutions, with knowledge of enterprise platforms and RTO/RPO-driven strategies.


• Proven track record in modern architectures (microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines).


• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different geographies.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
