IT Functional Support Analyst

We're looking for an IT Functional Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll manage queries from both clients and internal users using the PSOP application and other supplier systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring queries are directed to the right place for resolution, while delivering a high standard of customer service. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll be based in the Newport office 2 days per week with the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week.

• What you'll be doing:
• Managing user queries via phone, email and system channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Routing queries to the appropriate supplier for resolution where required.
• Resolving queries directly where possible and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintaining user access, system configuration and accurate records for audit purposes.
• Prioritising your workload to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting wider team activities.
What you'll bring:
• Experience using spreadsheets as part of your day-to-day work.
• Ability to work effectively within a structured team environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients.
• Knowledge of Oracle systems and navigation.
• Good analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
