Full Job Description

  • Engage with resourcing teams to identify upcoming new joiners and leavers.
  • Coordinate account request, setup, configuration, testing, and verification activities for new starters.
  • Work closely with support and technical teams to ensure account requests are appropriately prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Manage account disablement and deletion activities for departing personnel.
  • Track and report onboarding progress, providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain onboarding records and ensure processes are followed consistently.
    • Service Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact between business users, support teams, and service providers.
  • Facilitate effective communication to resolve onboarding and access-related issues.
  • Monitor service request fulfilment activities and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Support the coordination of activities across multiple teams to ensure service delivery objectives are achieved.
    • Continuous Process Improvement
  • Maintain and update onboarding and support process documentation.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Engage with technical and support teams when service offerings or technical solutions change.
  • Work alongside Management and support functions to identify recurring issues and implement process enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and user experience.

    Experience working in a business support, PMO support, service support, or administration environment.
  • Understanding of user onboarding and account management processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management and documentation.
  • Existing Security Check (SC) clearance.
    • Desirable
  • Experience working within secure or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
