Full Job Description
As part of Sage's IT Delivery Graduate Programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across our global IT function, developing the skills, knowledge, and business understanding needed for a successful career in technology. You'll complete rotations in two or more areas, including Architecture, IT Delivery, Development, IT Service Delivery, and Service Operations. Along the way, you'll learn how technology strategy is shaped, delivered, and supported within a global organisation. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Support the delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI and automation
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Work with colleagues across IT, business teams, and external partners
- Help communicate technical solutions to a range of stakeholders
- Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities that support secure and effective IT operations From day one, you'll be given meaningful responsibilities, exposure to a wide range of technologies, and the support needed to grow your technical, professional, and leadership skills.
- To be eligible for this role, you'll need to hold a degree in any discipline. You don't need to come from a technical background; we're looking for graduates who are eager to build a career in technology and who bring curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in how IT can enable business success.
- A keen interest in technology and how it can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage in a global business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- A solution-focused mindset, always looking for the best outcome for the business and approaching problems with pragmatism and creativity
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and how they are reshaping the way organisations operate
- Analytical thinking, with an ability to work with data and operational information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- A proactive, self-starting attitude, someone who takes initiative, asks the right questions, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
- Any prior experience in a technology-related role, project, or environment would be advantageous, though not required
