IT Asset Management Analyst

As an IT Asset Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of our technology estate. You'll be part of a team responsible for the end-to-end management of hardware and software assets across the organisation, ensuring assets are tracked, optimized, and aligned with internal standards and processes. • Handle day-to-day asset management tasks including request processing, inventory tracking, and responding to internal inquiries.
• Act as a central point of contact for queries related to software, hardware, and digital assets.
• Support improvements to IT service management tools and maintain a clean and accurate asset portfolio.
• Develop and maintain standards, templates, and processes for asset tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize costs related to tech assets through effective supplier coordination and contract awareness.
• Deliver regular reporting and insights on asset usage, compliance, and lifecycle processes.
• Conduct periodic audits and escalate unresolved cases of non-compliance.
• Support financial tracking, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and reconciling against budgets.
• Manage mobile device inventory, including leaver processes and device recovery.
