Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our IT team. This degree apprenticeship offers a genuine opportunity to gain hands-on experience working towards BSc degree. The successful candidate will be embedded within the IT department, supporting and contributing to real software, data, and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do
- Support the delivery of IT solutions, applying root cause analysis to investigate issues, identify underlying causes, and implement effective corrective actions
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of internal and external applications and digital tools under the guidance of senior IT staff
- Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of IT systems, software configurations, and technical processes
- Help administer day-to-day activities relating to user access, permissions, and endpoint devices using business systems
- Work within IT policies, data protection obligations, and cybersecurity procedures at all times
- Participate in apprenticeship coursework, off-the-job learning sessions, and academic modules within agreed timescales
Training Outcome
- This Apprenticeship will initially lead to a role of Business Systems Technician
