IQUIPs Senior Paediatric Audiologist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Audiologist to join our Audiology Service at North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) in an exciting Band 7 role focused on quality improvement, service development and accreditation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Audiologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care whilst playing a key leadership role in supporting the service to achieve and maintain Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQUIPS) accreditation standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operational Lead and wider Audiology team to drive service improvement initiatives, strengthen governance processes, support clinical excellence and ensure compliance with national quality standards. Alongside clinical responsibilities, the post holder will lead on audit, quality assurance, workforce development and service transformation work to support the continued development of a high-performing Audiology
service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining advanced clinical expertise with leadership, innovation and continuous improvement., The post holder will: Lead on all activity relating to IQUIPS accreditation preparation, implementation and compliance monitoring Support delivery of high-quality Audiology services ensuring compliance with national standards and best practice guidance Deliver advanced clinical Audiology assessments including complex diagnostic work such as ABR testing and specialist diagnostic assessments Lead quality improvement projects, audit activity and service development initiatives Support development and review of clinical pathways, policies and service protocols Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, patient safety and efficiency Provide supervision, training and professional support to Audiology staff across the service Support governance processes including incident management, risk management and compliance monitoring Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe and effective service delivery Contribute to the ongoing
development and future transformation of the Audiology service
