IPS Supply Chain Coordinator

We're looking for an organised and motivated IPS Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team, subject to the successful award of a new contract in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Kirklees.

About the Role

As an IPS Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of Shaw Trust's delivery partner network, helping to ensure high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services are delivered consistently across the contract area and contribute to positive employment outcomes for participants.

Working closely with the IPS Supply Chain Manager and wider operational teams, you will coordinate partner communications, governance processes, performance reporting and contract administration activities that support effective supply chain management, IPS fidelity requirements and high-quality service delivery.

You will provide administrative support to the management of delivery partners and subcontracted organisations, ensuring contract documentation, management information, quality assurance activity and compliance records are accurately maintained and monitored. You will also support the organisation of partner meetings, reviews and governance activities, helping to ensure delivery partners are equipped with the information and guidance they need to deliver successful services.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality and effectiveness of IPS delivery across West Yorkshire, supporting strong partnership working, service excellence and positive participant outcomes.

Areas of Delivery

This role covers the West Yorkshire contract area, including:

+ Leeds

+ Bradford

+ Wakefield

+ Kirklees

This is primarily a home-based role with regular travel across the contract area. Applicants should be able to travel independently and efficiently as required to meet the needs of the role. You will be expected to work across all areas of delivery, supporting delivery partners, stakeholders and colleagues to ensure effective supply chain coordination and contract delivery.

Recruitment Timeline

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on:

14th or 15th October - Leeds
20th or 21st October - Huddersfield

Should we be successful in winning this contract, successful candidates will commence induction on Monday 30th November 2026.

What You'll Do

+ Provide administrative and coordination support across the supply chain.

+ Support the collection, maintenance and reporting of performance and contract information.

+ Coordinate meetings, communications, governance activities and documentation.

+ Assist with delivery partner onboarding, contract administration and due diligence processes.

+ Support quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activities.

+ Build positive relationships with delivery partners and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

+ Experience providing administrative, coordination or project support within a busy operational environment.

+ Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

+ Experience maintainingaccurate records and producing reports using databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets or management information systems.

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.

+ A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
