Full Job Description
The Employment Specialist will work one to one with service users who have serious mental health needs, helping them set employment goals and overcome barriers to getting into work. They will support clients with job searching, CVs, interview preparation and in work support, while also building relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities. The role involves working closely with clinical teams and community partners, promoting the service, supporting clients to understand how work may affect their benefits, and helping people stay in employment once they have secured a job., We keep our interview process simple, so you know exactly what to expect.
- Shortlisting call: We have a team of dedicated recruitment specialists who will speak to you about your experience, motivations and values. They will also tell you about all the great work we do!
