Full Job Description
The Integration Lead is responsible for planning and implementing interventions so that the operational processes between the NPS and CRCs and other deliver partners are continuously improved. The role is also responsible for delivering business change partner support to NPS Divisions and Deputy Directors at a regional level as directed by the System Integration Senior Manager., The System Integration team will be responsible for ensuring the NPS works as effectively as possible with CRCs and other delivery partners. The roles will include identifying and coordinating delivery to improve effectiveness of operations. In Wales these roles will go further than Probation- they will also include Prison / Probation integration. Responsibilities, Activities & Duties The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties: Improve and implement effective operational processes between NPS and its partners
- Carry out analysis to improve, and make more effective the operational processes, and relationships, between the NPS and CRC and wider partnership groups of the NPS - for example the CPS, Police, Courts and Prisons
- Support the improvement of handling of critical touch-points in the operational processes between the NPS and CRCs, and between the NPS and wider partnership groups Implementing associated change management
- Plan and design the change required to make operational processes between delivery partners as effective as possible
- Coordinate operational input to HQ projects to improve the interfaces between the two organisations and between the NPS and other partnership groups (e.g. CPS etc)
- Manage the linkages and interdependencies with local change programmes Use communication effectively

- Implement the diversity policies of the service and collaborate effectively with the Equalities and Diversity Unit The duties/responsibilities listed above describe the post as it is at present and is not intended to be exhaustive. The job holder is expected to accept reasonable alternations and additional tasks of a similar level that may be necessary. Significant adjustments may require re-examination under the Job Evaluation scheme and shall be discussed in the first instance with the Job Holder., The IOM Senior Partnership Analyst provides strategic, Wales-wide analytical support to the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) programme, working with probation, police and partner agencies to deliver data-driven insight that reduces reoffending and protects the public. The post sits at the heart of multi-agency delivery, leading on performance reporting, developing analytical products and providing evidence-based insight to inform decision-making at both strategic boards and local operational levels. Key responsibilities include producing detailed analysis on offending patterns, performance and outcomes; developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools; responding to bespoke analytical requests; and supporting partners to understand trends, risks and the effectiveness of interventions. The role also involves presenting findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to governance forums, supporting inspection readiness, and driving continuous improvement through data-led recommendations. The IOM Senior Partnership Analyst reports to the IOM Senior Operational Support Manager in the Stakeholder Engagement Team and has line manager responsibility for the IOM Performance & Quality Officer. Please note that all salaries are as advertised and are non-negotiable, for new starters joining the service you will commence at the bottom of the scale. This is an informal, non-contractual form of flexible working that blends working from your base location, different MoJ sites and / or from home (please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas). Some roles will not be suitable for Hybrid Working. Similarly, Hybrid Working will not suit everyone's circumstances. Arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate(s) and subject to regular review. For nationally advertised roles, the successful candidate(s) will be appointed to a MoJ office location, which may include their nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office. This will be discussed and agreed on the completion of pre-employment checks. Some of MoJ's terms and conditions of service are changing as part of Civil Service reform. The changes will apply to staff joining MoJ who are new to the Civil Service. Staff joining MoJ from other civil service employers will transfer onto the new MoJ terms if they are already on 'modernised' terms in their current post or onto 'unmodernised' MoJ terms if they are on 'unmodernised' terms at their current post. Details will be available if an offer is made. Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding breaks which are unpaid. - Communicating and Influencing Essential Experience Demonstrate experience of successfully identifying and improving efficiency of an organization, demonstrate experience of implementing successful change projects, and operational experience of working in a Probation setting Technical requirements NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject (or appropriate practical experience). Microsoft: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint (or equivalent i.e. Lotus Notes).
