Full Job Description

As an Invoice Clerk, you'll be part of our busy Accounts Payable team, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly from handling invoice and cheque requisitions, to responding to supplier and colleague queries with professionalism and care. - Processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately
- Helping internal and external customers with payment queries
- Supporting colleagues across Accounts Payable to meet deadlines
- Working closely with your Senior Invoice Clerk and wider Finance team
Experience working with high volumes of invoice processing - Good numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literacy in MS Office is essential along with Excel Skills.
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience using accounting software
- Time management / planning your work schedule
