Full Job Description

to inform sourcing and investment strategies; convert industry insight into investment recommendations and risk assessments.- Lead workflows liaising with internal committees, legal, operations and tax/structuring staff, and external parties including fund managers, brokers, advisors, consultants, sellers, LPs and lenders; negotiate terms and underwrite investments at asset and portfolio level.- Lead deal investment processes including legal, tax, commercial, operational and structuring due diligence, managing production of due-diligence materials.- Manage and coordinate junior staff, particularly on investment underwriting; contribute to underwriting templates for modelling, analysis and valuation across single assets, portfolios, operational real estate and funds.- Drive production of Investment Committee memoranda.

  • QualificationsSound knowledge of investment strategies and a track record in real estate investment, with interest in indirect real estate investment across high-quality
    • managers, broad transaction types and international exposure.
