As an Investment Banking Associate within SIG, you will work as part of a team on the coverage of an exciting client base with strong deal flow in the region and have the opportunity to be part of ongoing origination and transaction execution across different sectors and products, with a specific focus on Family Investment Firms coverage. The role will allow the candidate to further develop a broad technical skillset and deep understanding of the broader financial sponsors landscape.,

• Produce high-quality deliverables such as marketing materials and analyses for clients or for internal use, with a particular focus on Family Investment Firms.
• Participate in pitches and deal executions across products, interacting with senior colleagues, clients, potential investors, and other advisors.
• Coordinate with the industry, product, and country teams to ensure correct prioritization, positioning, and delivery of relevant content to our clients.
• Work directly with the Global Co-Head of Family Investment Firms coverage to support origination and execution activities.
  
  Previous work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, consulting, or a similar field.
• Sector and product exposure: desire to work across sectors and products and gain exposure to various types of transactions.
• Technical proficiency: analytical mindset and overall corporate finance proficiency.
• Ownership and initiative: ability to take ownership across a project/transaction, with exposure to industry, country, and product teams.

This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
