merger & acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysis Lead the preparation of materials to support a high velocity of interactions between the Moelis Technology investment banking team with companies and investors across the technology ecosystem Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations Perform in-depth quantitative financial analysis as it pertains to business, industry and economic forecasting Required Skills & Experience Strong academic track record 3-4 years of investment banking experience within an M&A team A solid understanding of the sell-side M&A process, along with proven experience in successfully executing deals (prior experience advising financial sponsors will be viewed positively) Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities (customer cube analysis and ARR snowballs, operating models, LBO, DCF analysis) Fundamental understanding of accounting and
