Full Job Description

  • develop pitch book presentations that explain industry trends, assess client options and support strategic recommendations
  • contribute ideas and thoughtful analysis to help clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions
  • work closely with senior colleagues, product partners and investors to support client coverage and transaction execution
  • create and analyze financial models for a broad range of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, capital raises and other strategic advisory situations
  • conduct company, sector and market analysis across the healthcare industry
  • help identify key issues, evaluate alternatives and support the development of practical solutions
  • prepare high-quality client materials and help coordinate transaction workstreams
  • support interns and new joiners by sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's collaborative culture

    Are you an analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients and investors? Are you interested in the healthcare sector and the role it plays across innovation, society and capital markets?, some hands-on exposure to investment banking, M&A, ECM or related corporate finance work, gained through a relevant internship or full-time experience
  • experience in a healthcare-focused advisory environment would be a strong plus, but is not required; what matters is a genuine interest in the healthcare sector
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in finance, accounting, economics, business, science, engineering or another analytical discipline
  • solid financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills, with exposure to merger analysis and other transaction-related analysis, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality presentation materials
  • intellectually curious, with an interest in understanding sector trends, company strategy and market developments
  • driven, collaborative and creative, with strong integrity. strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
