Full Job Description
- Assist in the due diligence of investment opportunities across a wide variety of investment strategies (i.e. Buyout, Growth, Venture), investment structures (Funds, Co-investments, Secondaries) across a range of geographic regions (i.e. North America, Europe, Asia Pacific)
- Review investment opportunities to assess the overall risk / reward profile
- Assist in the monitoring and management of the existing portfolio
- Respond to inbound requests from clients and assist with their reporting and understanding of existing investments
- Maintain and update key internal investment databases including origination, workflow and performance databases
Understanding of financial statements / balance sheet interpretation and general investment structures - Have a good commercial awareness gained from working as an analyst with well-developed quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modelling skills and used to working with complex financial data
- High level of Research capability with the ability to work with various forms of information to produce easily digestible reports and presentations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with a professional confidence that engender the view of a 'Trusted Partner' across a varied internal and external audience
- Demonstrate really good time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks often with conflicting priorities
