Here at GXO, we're looking for an Inventory Warehouse First Line Manager, to join our VMO2 contract at our busy shared user site in Wellingborough.,

• Allocate resource to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Review available resource vs workloads and plan, calling out any potential risks
• Review and interpret information on reports/trackers and redeploy resource to meet the inventory/operational needs
• To ensure that cycle counts are completed within the given timeframe
• To ensure that route cause analysis is conducted on required adjustments
• To ensure the departments accuracy of any stock changes or amendments such as adjustments/status changes/sku modifications

This is a full-time, permanent, position working on nights, Sunday - Thursday between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
