Post - Interventions Tutor

Overview - To lead targeted SEN interventions for small groups/individual pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working under the supervision of the SENDCo to support pupils making accelerated progress. To support the Behaviour for Learning (BfL) team as needed during the school day.

Scale - Scale 6 (SCP 18 - 22)

Actual Salary - £23,539 - £25,152

Contract Terms - Permanent, Term Time plus five days, 32.5 hours per week

Responsible to - SENDCo - Headteacher

The Whitley AP Academy is an Alternative Provision Academy serving the Calderdale area and we are based in Illingworth, Halifax. We are commissioned by Calderdale Council to provide eighty places for young people across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4.
