About this Role
You will play a vital role in transforming the educational journeys of learners with additional needs across FE and HE programmes. This is a dynamic, student-focused role where you will deliver impactful one-to-one and small group interventions, build confidence in higher-level study, and equip learners with the academic, digital and employability skills they need to succeed. Working collaboratively with specialist teams in inclusive, supportive environments, you'll see the direct impact of your work every day, empowering students to grow in independence, resilience and ambition.
About You
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or FS Level 2).
- Experience working with 16+ learners.
- Confident leading sessions and engaging groups.
- Experience supporting learners with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD or Autism.
