International Officer

We've got a fantastic opportunity for an International Officer to join our International Office, specifically the Americas, Europe and CIS team. This is a permanent role based at our vibrant Frenchay Campus, with an expectation that postholders will work on campus for at least two days per week.

The International Office is responsible for supporting student recruitment from around the world. We provide relevant and up-to-date information about our courses, entry requirements and admissions processes, working collaboratively with prospective students, education agents, schools and other partners.

Working with colleagues across the University, the International Office plans and delivers a range of recruitment, conversion and partnership activity in the UK and overseas to support the achievement of UWE Bristol's international student recruitment objectives.

The International Officer will report to the Regional Manager for the Americas, Europe and CIS and will support recruitment activity across an agreed regional portfolio. Alongside their regional responsibilities, the postholder will take particular responsibility for supporting the effective management, compliance and continuous improvement of the University's international education agent network, aligned to the Agent Quality Framework (AQF)., This will include maintaining accurate agent records, monitoring engagement and performance, supporting the development and maintenance of agent training and guidance materials, and escalating issues, risks and opportunities to relevant Regional Managers and the Head of International Development.
