International Admissions Manager

Full-time | All year-round (52 weeks per annum) Salary dependent upon skills, knowledge and experience Felsted School is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded International Admissions Manager to drive the recruitment of overseas pupils and expand Felsted's global reach. This is a high-impact role responsible for international business development, lead generation, and maximising conversion across all international markets, ensuring pupil number targets are met. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment pipeline - from initial enquiry and targeted outreach through to assessment, interview, induction and enrolment. They will act as a confident ambassador for Felsted, selling the Felsted School experience with clarity, warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every prospective family receives an exceptional customer experience. Building high-value, productive relationships with families, agents, consultants and partners worldwide is central to the role. The post holder
must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural intelligence, and the ability to navigate diverse expectations, communication styles and international market conditions. Significant overseas travel is required to attend events, cultivate partnerships and meet families in person. Internally, the International Admissions Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues across the School to ensure transparency, accuracy and alignment throughout all admissions processes. Applicants must be able to prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure, and maintain meticulous data records for reporting.
