Internal Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Engineer job:

• Provide technical sales support across a range of pump and fluid handling applications
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting technical documentation
• Liaise with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Work closely with external sales engineers to support project delivery
• Respond to technical and commercial enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and opportunity data
• Support order processing and coordination with internal departments
• Assist in identifying new opportunities within existing and potential customers
  
  Previous experience in an internal sales or technical support job within an engineering environment
• Understanding of pumps, pipework, or fluid systems (or similar mechanical systems)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple enquiries
