Internal Accounts Coordinator

As an Internal Accounts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Re-engaging dormant customers to rebuild relationships and restore trading activity.
• Introducing the business to new contacts within prospect accounts to Spark interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
• Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM.
• Developing both new and existing accounts to drive sales growth and improve margin.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. This role can be based at any of our locations across Yorkshire


• Strong communication skills with a confident, engaging approach.
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service or similar sales environments.
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships.
• Self-motivation and a proactive mindset for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
• A positive, resilient attitude with a drive to succeed.
