Are you looking to take your sales career to the next level in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment? Join our team at Hypertec as an Internal Account Manager, where you'll build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to leverage growth opportunities and drive the performance of the business. As part of the team, you'll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, introducing new products and services to drive sales growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities using market insights and historical data to target high potential accounts.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive engagement with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross functionally with vendors, product specialists and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up to date on industry trends through training, research and coaching to continuously improve performance and product knowledge., While this role is based on-site in Hungerford, we're open to discussing flexible work arrangements and will support them if they benefit our customers, our business and you. Selection Process: Our selection process is designed to ensure a smooth and thorough evaluation of candidates. Once we receive your CV, our team will carefully review it to assess your suitability for the role. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a telephone interview with the recruitment team, providing an opportunity to discuss your experience and skills in more detail. Following this, you may be asked to complete online testing to evaluate key competencies relevant to the position. Successful candidates will then proceed to a formal interview process, which can be conducted online or in person, with the hiring manager.
- Experience in an Account Management role
