Experteer Overview As Interior Design Manager you will lead interior design across a portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments, shaping spaces that reflect customer aspirations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance creativity, commerciality and customer appeal throughout the design journey, from concept to delivery. You influence design standards, supplier partnerships and project quality to deliver exceptional homes. This role offers scope to shape how premium spaces feel and perform in London's premier destinations. Pay / Benefits
- Lead interior design across multiple residential and mixed-use developments Develop design concepts, material palettes, FF&E and detailed schemes Drive projects from concept to completion, coordinating consultants, suppliers and project teams Manage design process from feasibility through installation, handover and post-completion review Support milestones including sales launches, marketing suites and show homes Maintain design intent through site inspections and reviews Review materials, finishes, mock-ups and installations for high standards Resolve design challenges with practical solutions Build strong partnerships with internal teams, consultants and supply chain Contribute to design standards and best practices across the business Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and design excellence Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Develop supplier relationships to enhance quality, value and sustainability Tasks Significant experience delivering high-quality residential, mixed-use, hospitality or luxury interior design projects from concept to completion Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent understanding of interior design detailing, FF&E procurement, construction delivery, Building Regulations, accessibility standards and fire safety principles Strong commercial and project management capability with budget, procurement and value engineering experience Proven ability to lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders Confident communicator with presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture Creative, proactive and customer-focused attitude with passion for design excellence and sustainability Key requirements 25 days annual leave increasing with service to 33 days Private Medical Insurance online discount platform Berkeley Foundation volunteer day Private pension plan Group life assurance
