Interim Director of Income and Engagement (10 Months Fixed Term)

We have an exciting opening for an Interim Director of Income and Engagement to join us on a 10-Month Fixed Term contract. This role provides senior leadership across the Income Generation and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring we maintain strong community engagement, and leading teams to raise over £30,000 a day to run our vital services. You will ensure continuity of income generation, strengthen supporter engagement, lead high-performing teams, and safeguard the hospice's brand while driving sustainable growth. A successful Interim Director of Income and Engagement will have:

• Senior Leadership experience in fundraising, marketing and communications, or charity retail.
• The ability to deliver income targets and manage multiple streams
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Experience of leading and motivating teams through periods of change
