Interim Director of Finance & Operations

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Director of Finance & Operations to join our Executive Team on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, and overseeing key enabling services that support the delivery of outstanding care and impact.

This unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, providing direction across finance, estates, governance, date and risk, and project management functions., This role is responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the of the charity and of its enabling operations. It is accountable to the CEO and the Board of Trustees for their effective and efficient operation in furtherance of the organisations charitable object, strategic aims and legal and regulatory compliance. The role is accountable to the CEO and Board of Trustees for ensuring and assuring the legal and regulatory compliance of the organisation in their areas of responsibility. This includes responsibility for reporting to regulators, and for Company Secretariat duties. The role contributes fully and collaboratively as part of the organisations Executive Team to collectively drive forward strategic priorities & operational plans and contribute to day-to-day decision making.
