What You'll Be DoingAs an Intensive Support Worker, you'll provide 1:1 tailored support and help people live life on their own terms-whether that means:Encouraging engagement through meaningful

activities and structured routinesAssisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, or managing health appointmentsSupporting individuals to access the community and enjoy hobbies or social eventsDe-escalating challenging behaviours using your professional knowledge and compassionMaintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessmentsYou'll be at the heart of everything we do-empowering people with complex needs to achieve independence and a life they're proud of. We're Looking for Someone Who Has:6+ months of hands-on experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challengeA calm, confident, and emotionally resilient approachPractical understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred careExcellent communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, safety, and empathy What We Offer YouWe believe in supporting the people who support others.
