Full Job Description

The Intensive Outreach Service (IOS) supports individuals across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges. We work alongside the AWP Intensive Team to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally inclusive support, helping individuals move toward stability, independence and engagement in their communities. IOS is part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership, a collaboration between Second Step, Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaari, working in partnership with NHS providers and Primary Care Networks across BSW., As a Recovery Navigator, youll be embedded in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering intensive, personalised support.

We aim to inspire hope and deliver change for everybody and every community we work with. Recovery Navigator: We have 3.1 FTE vacancies and will consider Part-time and Full time applicants Location: Swindon (Office in Swindon); Wiltshire (Offices in Trowbridge and Salisbury)
