Intensive Housing Management Worker


Location: Rugby, Warwickshire, GB, CV21 3


Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week


Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm


Work Base: Office based with regular travel


Join P3's Warwickshire Intensive Housing Management team and help people rebuild their lives.


In this role, you will support people in our accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living. You'll keep properties safe and welcoming through inspections, minor repairs and maintenance coordination, while monitoring rent, service charges and records. Working with landlords, contractors and partners, you'll help complete repairs, checks and planned works on time.


You'll have experience supporting vulnerable adults and a belief that people can overcome challenges with the right support. You'll be a confident communicator who builds trust, works well with others and encourages positive change. You'll also be organised, practical and confident making decisions that help people achieve their goals.
