Intensive Care Staff Nurse

To deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill (Level 1-3) patients within the Critical Care Unit. The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

The role supports development from novice to competent critical care practitioner, including opportunities for formal education such as the Critical Care Foundation Programme, national competency frameworks, and higher education pathways.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to undertake a Band 5 to Band 6 competency-based progression pathway, enabling structured clinical and professional development within Critical Care

We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our proactive team. To apply you will need post registration experience in an acute care setting. Previous CCU experience is desirable but not essential as full training in managing critically ill and high dependency patients will be given.
