Integrations Lead

· Design, build, and maintain various types of Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

· Have experience in Workday Extend development: Architect, develop, and deploy custom applications, business processes, and integrations using the Workday Extend platform to address unique client business needs.

· Collaborate closely with clients and functional consultants to understand integration requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into robust Workday solutions.

· Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data integrity across integrated systems.

· Provide guidance on Workday integration best practices, security considerations, and performance optimisation.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
