Full Job Description
- Coordinate integration processes for newly acquired nurseries, ensuring all actions are planned, scheduled and completed within agreed timescales.
- Act as a point of contact for nurseries during the integration period, providing support, guidance and regular communication to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
- Maintain oversight of integration trackers, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded and regularly updated for internal depts and external companies
- Monitor progress against key milestones, identifying any risks, challenges or delays and escalating concerns where appropriate. Feeding information back regular to the Childcare Integration manager and Integrations Director.
- Facilitate integration calls, ensuring actions are captured, communicated and followed through to completion.
- Support the continuous review and improvement of integration processes to enhance efficiency and the overall experience for incoming nurseries.
- Participate in the coordination of Famly implementation activities for new nurseries joining the group.
- Support nursery managers and leadership teams with system setup requirements, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and configured accurately.
- Monitor progress of Famly implementation tasks and work closely with nurseries to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance on system processes and functionality, signposting users to appropriate support and training resources where required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external system providers to resolve implementation issues, ensuring minimal disruption to nursery operations.
