Full Job Description
Kent and Medway Mental Health Trust have and exciting opportunity to work in the Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services Directorate as an Integrated Team Manager in the Swale area., The Integrated team manager is responsible for the operational coordination and management of the integrated local CYPMHS services and is accountable for the delivery and development of a comprehensive CYPMHS service., You will promote and develop effective relationships with key partners, especially the local authority, GP's, voluntary sector organisations, commissioners, and other statutory agencies and provide a service that can measure outcomes, activity and implement and evaluate clear, achievable, and measurable objectives for the service.

To be responsible for the effective management of operational services and resources within the designated service areas, including budgets, and staffing.
To initiate and implement programmes to achieve strategic changes and improvement to services and systems.
To deputise when required in the Area Manager's absence and delegate appropriately to clinical and administration staff.
To have organisational knowledge relating to Trust protocols and procedures and adhere to them, particularly safeguarding.
You will be a post-graduate qualified psychological practitioner (e.g. psychologist, family therapist, child, and adolescent psychotherapist) or graduate qualified health care professional (e.g. nurse, social worker, occupational therapist), fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC).
You will have 3 year's experience in a middle management position and a relevant management qualification.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
May need to travel to other sites throughout the week.
