Salary
£60,000 - £85,000
Job Description
An opportunity with huge potential for a mid to senior-level Solicitor with experience in insurance litigation at a high ranking national firm. The work has a professional indemnity focus, predominantly acting for construction professionals and their insurers—including contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants.
The team handles a range of disputes from low-value claims arising from domestic and commercial projects to multi-million-pound multi-party litigated disputes. There is also the opportunity to work on claims against other professions such as lawyers (both solicitors and barristers), accountants, insurance brokers, and surveyors.
The firm's clients are located nationally, with work referred at their nomination or directly by insurers, many of which are near their London office but with developed regional teams.
