Some claimants may require alternative accommodation, so you'll ensure the reduction of claims lifecycles to reduce costs by proactive management and challenge building scopes and variations when required. You'll need to remove hurdles in the process if required, ensuing you get to the root cause of issues, take responsibility to resolve and problems and collate all necessary details to ensure swift settlement whenever possible. Qualifications We're looking for talent: experienced claims experts who relish challenges and provide solutions. Previous property claims handling experience is an advantage, but we'd like to hear from you if you have a similar commercial background. Additionally, we'd like you to have: Extensive knowledge of Domestic claims with the ability to confidently deal up to the value of £50K. Ability to negotiate & settle claims using a variety of methods in line with
TCF and Client requirements Strong Customer Skills Good communication skills with all stakeholders Highly experienced in resolving difficult & complex claims Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively including report writing. Ability to work in a structured manner to drive for quality High personal standards of service delivery as a core skill. Ability to empathise and communicate at all levels Evidenced ability to plan and organize workload. Technical competence and experience of handling property losses up to an agreed value.
