Full Job Description
- Provide clear and appropriate advice to business clients on suitable levels of insurance cover based on individual needs
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to achieve renewal and retention targets
- Negotiate terms and quotations for MTAs, cancellations, and renewal business in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and recommend relevant additional products aligned to clients' needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, with a clear understanding of appetites, classes, and niche sectors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
- Consistently prioritise the fair treatment of customers, actively applying the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty in all business activities
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales - A strong desire to develop a career within the insurance industry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
