responsible way. Day to day you will: Support insurer and MGA relationships by preparing client review materials, managing routine queries, and helping maintain regular communication with customers. Coordinate meetings and governance activities through preparing presentations and reports, capturing actions and notes, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed. Drive operational excellence by maintaining key documentation, reports and registers, identifying process improvements, and developing expertise in Acturis, insurer products and the wider insurance market.
