Instructor / Teacher of PE

As Instructor / Teacher of PE, you will:

• Deliver engaging, safe and well-structured PE lessons that motivate pupils and promote participation, teamwork and resilience.
• Support the development of an ambitious and inclusive PE curriculum that enables all pupils to make strong progress, regardless of starting point.
• Lead and manage large groups of pupils effectively, modelling high standards of behaviour, professionalism and care.
• Contribute to extra-curricular clubs, fixtures and enrichment opportunities that enhance pupils' sporting experiences.
• Play an active role in building a positive, disciplined and aspirational school culture that reflects the academy's values.
  
  QTS is desirable but not essential; we welcome applications from strong instructors with relevant coaching qualifications and experience of working with young people., Has experience working with young people and leading physical activity safely, effectively and a passion for PE and school sport.
• Holds high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement, ensuring excellent learning in every session.
• Communicates clearly and positively with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Demonstrates resilience, optimism and a commitment to continual professional development.
