Full Job Description
- Strong grounding in learning design principles (e.g. adult learning theory, blended learning)
- Ability to translate operational/manufacturing processes into structured learning journeys
- Experience designing for different audiences
- Short-form training videos (storyboarding, scripting, working with SMEs)
- Step-by-step "how-to" guides and process training
- Interactive e-learning modules
- Comfortable using external authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with LMS design tools
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
- Ability to work closely with subject matter experts in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication skills to extract knowledge and turn it into clear learning
- Comfortable challenging and shaping vague or incomplete requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operational environments
- Understanding of compliance, safety, and process-driven training needs

- Develop a library of video, how-to, and e-learning content
- Populate and optimise the LMS for usability and engagement
- Create scalable templates and standards for future content
