At Oxford High School, we are passionate about giving all of our students the freedom and agency to explore their academic passions beyond their core curriculum. We want to work with you to develop agile thinking in our students and deepen their understanding so that they can produce and proudly showcase original research. To achieve this ambitious aim, as an OHS Inspires Mentor, you will:

- Deliver inspiring masterclasses and other activities (e.g., lectures or clubs) for a range of students throughout the school stemming from your own research, or related disciplines. We are looking to appoint people who are passionate about motivating and enabling the next generation to change the world for the better, and have expertise in one, or more, of the following fields
