Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Par

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partner to join our team! Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in helping us become a truly data driven and intelligence led organisation.

• Experience in a business partnering, insight or BI role, with a track record of working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision making
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insight
• Proven experience of designing and delivering dashboards, reporting frameworks and data visualisations, using data storytelling techniques to engage audiences, clearly communicate performance and drive action, alongside conducting deep-dive analysis
• Strong technical capability, with experience of using tools such as PowerBI, SQL and Power Query
• Experience of defining and managing KPIs and performance measures and an understanding of data quality and governance principles
• Experience of working within a complex matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to lead analytical projects, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines
• Strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance.
