- Conduct outbound outreach via email, telephone, and surveys Research target companies and identify prospective clients Qualify leads and update CRM systems accurately Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records Assist with appointment setting and sales support activities Support preparation of proposals and sales materials Track outreach activity and provide regular updates
The OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and commercially minded Inside Sales Advisor to engage in outbound sales activates and support functions. This role would suit candidates with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided., Candidate RequirementsEssential: - Excellent spoken and written English Professional communication skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Comfortable working remotely and independently Good IT literacy and confidence using online systems Desirable: Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, virtual assistance, customer service, or B2Bsales. Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP platforms. Experience communicating with International based clients. What We Offer
